Jim Dilks

Jim started in the HVAC industry in 1992 and has built a career from technician to operations executive. Throughout his career he has led teams across multiple states, developed technicians into leaders, and helped organizations scale through operational excellence, accountability, and people development.

Today he serves as Regional Vice President for Nextech's Mid-Atlantic region, where he remains focused on developing leaders, building careers, and strengthening the future of the skilled trades workforce.
